Judge Staci Williams, 101st District Court, champions justice, fairness, and the rule of law
The 101st District Court handles primarily commercial, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, oil and gas, and consumer disputes. Judge Williams ensures that the 101st District Court is the “Court of Choice” for all parties, attorneys, and citizens.
Judge Williams is dedicated to improving the judicial process with fairness and efficiency.
Judge Williams’ commitment to the law and public service, led her to create the Citizens’ Civil Academy (“CCA”), a FREE, NON-PARTISAN program whose mission is to educate Dallas County citizens about the civil court system.
The ultimate goal is to empower citizens with the knowledge about the civil court process so they will be encouraged and excited about participating in the jury process. As citizens become better educated about the civil court system, they will be more inclined to participate in the civil jury process.
